Questions
- When does my message arrive?
- The winning numbers usually come in shortly after each draw, but we only send your message once the operator has published the prize amounts (dividends), so we can tell you exactly what you won. That usually happens later the same night, although it can take longer, so we cannot promise a fixed time. If the prize amounts are not published by 12:00 the next day, we send the message anyway, showing your matches.
- I changed my numbers. When does it apply?
- Changes take effect straight away. If you make a change after 20:30 on a draw day, it applies from the next day's draws.
- What happens when my subscription ends?
- Checking stops. Your saved numbers and history are kept until you delete your account.
- Can I get a refund?
- No, payments are not refundable.
- Can I rely on this to claim a prize?
- It is a checking aid. The official results and your physical ticket decide prizes.
