About Powerball Xtra
Powerball Xtra is the companion add-on game to SA Powerball, introduced by Sizekhaya in June 2026 as a replacement for Powerball Plus. At R5.00 per board it uses the same drawn numbers as Powerball — 5 from 1 to 50 plus a Powerball from 1 to 16 — but pays into a completely separate prize pool. It has the same 9 division structure as Powerball but with lower fixed prizes.
